Hope for Today – Day Eleven

Day Eleven – Isaiah 40:29-31

Start your day by making the sign of the cross as you say: “In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit. Amen.”
[You have hope because you are a child of God]

HOPE for Today

Isaiah 40:29-31
“He gives strength to the weary and increases the power of the weak. Even youth grow tired and weary, and young men stumble and fall, but those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint.”

When we are feeling hopeless, it can leave us tired and weary. It can cause us to stumble – even fall. In those moments, putting our hope in the Lord will help us to soar above our problems so that they don’t continue to weigh us down. Our confident hope renews us. The sun still shines above the clouds!

What opportunities will the Lord give you today to share His hope with others?

Now with your mind refreshed and renewed and with a song in your heart, go forth to serve the Lord with gladness in the vocations He has given you. Go in peace. Go with hope. The Lord is with you!
