Sunday School

New Sunday School classes begin September 13th

Church service starts at 9:00 am

In-person classes are after church
(Sunday School meets 10:15-11:15 am)

We all have BUSY lives!  Why should you take the time for Christian Education for your family?

  • Grow in your KNOWLEDGE and LOVE of God: learn how much God loves you, see what He has done in the past, recognize how He is working in your life, and learn to trust Him with everything
  • Grow TOGETHER in a CARING COMMUNITY: learn with people who genuinely care about you and will share your ups and downs, whether you’re 3, 103, or somewhere in between

Classes that meet on Sunday mornings:

  • Age 3 – 6th Grade: Sunday School – activities, Bible story and more  (gather in Luther Hall)
  • 7th –12th Grade: Discussion of life issues from a Biblical perspective (basement of church)
  • Adults: General Adult Class (Mitschke Hall) or Ladies Group (meets online)

COVID Adjustments:

  • Church services and Sunday School materials will be available online if you are not able to join us in person
  • Social distancing, masks and other IDPH directives will be used by all
  • Those entering the building just prior to Sunday School are asked to use the NW entrance (playground side, entrance with steps). The door will be unlocked at 10:10 am

I haven’t been there before. What do I need to know?

  • A parent or responsible adult will need to complete a form for each Sunday School student
  • Parents are invited to join the adult class or stay and see how we do things in Sunday School

Whether you are a regular attender or an occasional visitor, in-person or online, we look forward to having you join us as we learn and grow together!
