Shepherd’s Staff Chrismon – 6th Grade

Sixth Grade children receive a shepherd’s staff with Alpha and Omega.  The Alpha and Omega are the first and last letters of the Greek alphabet, which signify Jesus is the beginning and the end.  The shepherd’s staff reminds us He is our Good Shepherd.  Also pictured are the Chi (X) and Rho (P), the first two Greek letters in the name Christ, and a cross.
