Operation Christmas Child

In 2007, Diane Sharp brought the mission work of Operation Christmas Child to Our Savior Lutheran Church, and since then she has worked tirelessly every fall to encourage us and keep us up-to-date on the opportunities and benefits this mission has brought to the children of third world countries. Benefits that extend beyond their tangible needs, as these boxes also spread the Gospel in a very unique way.

We have seen this mission grow from being just our congregation putting together boxes, to Our Savior Lutheran Church now being a regional site for collection! Because of Diane and Wally’s tireless efforts, we have been blessed to be a part of a mission that helps spread God’s love to parts of the world many of us will never see. This mission has truly helped all of us to “Go and make disciples of all nations…”
